Effective: July 20261. Scope of Products
These terms govern your use of the Raghav communication central website and our open-source developer frameworks (Kaboom UI, Noir UI). Independent applications operated by us, such as Vaad and SigVerify, are governed by their own specific terms available within those applications.
2. Developer Tools & Frameworks
Our UI frameworks are provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee error-free performance across all browser updates. You are free to use, modify, and distribute these pure CSS frameworks in your personal and commercial projects without restriction.
3. Limitation of Liability
Raghav communication and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or open-source frameworks.
Privacy Policy
Effective: July 20261. Data Collection & Telemetry
- UI Frameworks: Kaboom UI and Noir UI are pure front-end CSS libraries. They do not track you, collect analytics, or phone home.
- Website Analytics: The Raghav communication landing page may use privacy-respecting analytics for page views. We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) or use marketing cookies.
2. Linked Applications
When you navigate to our standalone products (Vaad, SigVerify), your data is handled strictly according to their respective privacy policies, particularly regarding sensitive legal documents or cryptographic signatures.
Grievance Redressal
If you encounter an issue with any Raghav communication product, billing, or compliance matter, please follow our escalation matrix below.
Primary Escalation
For immediate assistance, please write directly to our primary support and compliance email. We aim to acknowledge all communications within 48 hours.

If your issue remains unresolved after 30 days, file a formal complaint using the secure form below. This will be routed directly to senior administration.
